Terms & Conditions for Classic Rug Care

BOOKINGS
-
Services must be booked in advance through the Classic Rug Care’s designated channels (website, phone, or in-person).

Classic Rug Care reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the Client.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
-
Prices for services are as listed on the Classic Rug Care’s official price list or as quoted during the booking process.

Services require a 50% deposit, payable within 5 working days of the date of services. The remaining 50% will be payable within 5 working days of the final invoice, sent upon completion of services.

Alternative payment methods may be agreed in writing ahead of the services being carried out.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The Client must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the delivery location is accessible.

Any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information or inaccessible locations will be the Client’s responsibility.

Classic Rug Care is not liable for any damage to property resulting from the delivery of rugs, provided the delivery team exercises reasonable care.

INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

The Client must ensure the installation area is prepared and free of obstacles.

Classic Rug Care is not responsible for moving furniture or other items unless agreed in writing prior to the installation date, and with clear instructions from the client.

Any damages to the rugs or the Client’s property during installation must be reported immediately for resolution.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Classic Rug Care will not service rugs that are excessively damaged, contaminated, or pose a health hazard.

Classic Rug Care reserves the right to refuse service if the rug's condition is deemed beyond repair or cleaning.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client must inspect the rugs upon delivery and installation to ensure satisfaction.

Any issues or defects must be reported to Classic Rug Care within 24 hours of service completion.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the rugs, where appropriate, according to the care instructions provided by Classic Rug Care.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
-
Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee at the following rates, unless otherwise agreed as an extenuating circumstance by Classic Rug Care:

24-48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.

LIABILITY

Classic Rug Care’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

Classic Rug Care is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the rugs that are exacerbated during the service process.

FORCE MAJEURE
-
Classic Rug Care is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

AMENDMENTS
-
Classic Rug Care reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their next service booking.

By engaging Classic Rug Care’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
